Mark provides ReclaimPTL with a wide range of senior leadership experience achieved over a rich 42- year career in the energy industry.  Mark has been the key leader in the development and governance of many large-scale capital projects related to energy businesses, including midstream and upstream oil and gas operations. Mark has led and directed the successful start-up of multiple energy industry businesses as well as having served in senior management roles in multiple operating companies including running business segment divisions. He also has gained insights and deep experience as a senior consultant to international energy related companies including petrochemical, refining, midstream transportation treating and processing, and upstream oil and gas clients. Mark has a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Paul brings deep experience gained over his 40-year career in the energy industry to ReclaimPTL. Paul has led the development and execution of large capital projects across the energy value chain including upstream oil and gas operations, midstream infrastructure, and downstream processing facilities.  He has led multiple operations and directed efforts ranging from strategy formulation through the execution of day-to-day operations . Paul has also built deep subject matter expertise in many areas from his time leading operations oriented management consulting projects with global energy companies including refining and petrochemical, midstream oil & gas, upstream oil & gas, and engineering, procurement & construction. Paul Is a Registered Engineer in the State of Texas, has a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.Mark provides ReclaimPTL with a wide range of senior leadership experience achieved over a rich 42- year career in the energy industry.  

Sam brings 40 years of experience in leading large scale, capital intensive projects with deep expertise in the refining and petrochemical areas.  Sam started his professional career working with a global engineering, procurement and construction company where he gained skills in project planning and execution.  As a senior consulting leader, Sam led the development of a knowledge base of best practices regarding large capital project planning and execution and worked with many of the largest energy and petrochemical companies in the world to assess and improve their internal capabilities.  Sam’s expertise has been shared through many industry publications including The Oil & Gas Journal and The Journey of Petroleum Technology and he has been called upon frequently to present at industry conferences.  Sam earned a B.S. in Environmental Design at Texas A&M University and a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University. 

David has an extensive engineering and management background of over 40 years in new technological processes for major petrochemical and refining companies and new industries. He has held line and management positions in major international companies and has been involved in numerous startup companies. With those experiences he understands the challenges and complexities of high tech business processes and companies. David is currently the CEO of technology company manufacturing additives for the food industry generating those products in a more organic way. David has taught Management of innovation and Technology at the Jones Graduate School of management, Rice University.  He has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a MS and PHD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Texas.
